Moderated list
This list may be public or private, open
or controlled subscription. Post are usually limited to subscribers.
Unlike Listproc listowners, Mailman listowners
do not have automatic posting rights to the list.
Lists can be moderated by both owners and moderators.
The difference between an owner and a moderator is that an owner has access
to all the administrative functions of a list, whereas a moderator only
has the ability to approve or reject messages. To add owners or moderators,
go to the General Options section, and look for the owner
and moderator fields. Enter the information as necessary.

- Should messages from this mailing list include
the RFC 2369 (i.e. List-*) headers? No
- Should postings include the List-Post: header?
No
This will suppress additional headers with links
to list information and subscription info.
You will also want to change or delete the default
footer.
Under Non-digest Options
- Footer added to mail sent to regular list members
The address that will be posting to the one-way
list can either be set to unmoderated (if a subscriber) or added under
Privacy Option, Sender Filters
- List of non-member addresses whose postings
should be automatically accepted.
100% Web-based approval of posts
If your list is a low-volume, one-way
or moderated list that has had a problem with viruses or spam getting through
to the list due to the moderator's address appearing as a forged sender
address, there is a way to configure the list so that all posts,
including those from a moderator's address, are held for approval via the
Web.
Under Privacy Options, Recipient Filters
Ceiling on acceptable number of recipients for
a posting. (max_num_recipients)
If a posting has this number, or more, of recipients,
it is held for admin approval. Use 0 for no ceiling.
To hold all posts, including the moderator's,
for Web-based approval, set this to 1
